Can sleep up to 6 people (2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed).

Well-behaved pets may be considered with minimum $50 pet fee.

This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo rental (UNIT 2B) has gorgeous beachfront and garden views and is only steps to the large oceanfront swimming pool with jacuzzi and the beautiful sand beach.

This 3 bedroom condo has a spacious, open floorplan and is outfitted with quality furnishings and appliances including a water filtration system for safe, potable drinking water straight from the tap.

Condo complex amenities include a 66-foot oceanfront pool, heated jacuzzi, elevators, extensive grounds with tropical landscaping, onsite caretaker, and direct beach access.

The second bedroom has twin bunks (children welcome!) and has sliding doors that may be opened out to the third bedroom.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and oceanviews. It can be opened up to the second bedroom or closed off for privacy. 

The patio has tranquil ocean and garden views and has comfortable outdoor furniture

The unit is located in Ensenada del Pacifico, an 18 unit condo building in the small, laid-back fishing town of San Clemente.

Because San Clemente is located between three cities, Manta (45 min), Portoviejo (40 min), and Bahia (30 min), it provides a good option for someone who doesn't want to live right in the city but still wants relatively easy access for shopping, medical, and transportation needs.

The Ensenada condos are also within walking distance to restaurants and small shops for basic supplies and groceries. 

The condo complex of Ensenada del Pacifico boasts spacious grounds right on the beach with tropical landscaping, a 66-ft beachfront swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a ramp right down to the gorgeous sand beach with warm, swimmable water. Unlike many beachfront properties, there is no road dividing the condos from the sand.
