Tom is the co-founder and CEO of Ecuador Beachfront Property. He is an entrepreneur and academic interested in the interface of applied science, conservation, business, and development. 

Tom is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ecuador (ACBIR 594) and an International Member of the USA-based National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Urban Land Institute.

He and his team are currently developing multi-unit and custom home projects along the coast in the Province of Manabi, Ecuador.

Lynn is the co-founder of Ecuador Beachfront Property. She and her husband Tom bought their first property in Ecuador in 2005. Read our story here

She grew up in El Paso, Texas and has an Environmental Engineering degree from Humboldt State University and a doctorate in Ecological Engineering from the University of Florida. 

After years of research in wetlands, rainforests, and wastewater treatment systems, she now happily focuses on operating the real estate and construction business together with the rest of the Ecuador Beachfront Property team. 

Jemma is from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. She moved to Ecuador in September 2009 and lived in Cuenca for 8 years breeding and competing horses. She also ran an equestrian school that provided riding instruction to adults, kids, and special needs people.

In 2017, Jemma moved to the coast, where she taught English in a high school until she met Tom and Lynn. Now I have an amazing job meeting all kinds of people and feel blessed to be able to help them while visiting or relocating to Ecuador.

Nicole moved to Ecuador in the summer of 2009. She and her family are from Northern Ireland, UK but she has lived in Ecuador since the age of 7. She lived in Cuenca for 8 years before moving to the coast in 2017. She has completed the majority of her schooling in Spanish and is fully bilingual.

After graduating high school she began working with other foreigners, helping them with translations and sharing her knowledge of the country. She feels lucky to say that she is part of a wonderful community in San Clemente, Manabi with a great job continuing to help expats transitioning to a slower paced life here in Ecuador.

Andrew grew up in Ontario, Canada. With a heavy entrepreneurial influence from his family he started his career in his brother's hang gliding business and eventually started a few businesses of his own. His career eventually led to the corporate world where he managed start ups and turnarounds for various multinational corporations.    

Andrew enjoyed a successful career and had risen in the corporate world but desired a more interesting and self guided life.  Having decided it was time for a life change, Andrew and his partner Carol decided to head to Ecuador and start a business doing something they love. They opened a Boutique Bed & Breakfast and Adventure tour business and now work closely with Ecuador Beachfront Property helping people discover and relocate to Ecuador.  

Carol Ann grew up in Barbados and moved to Canada where she lived for 35 years. She was a Business Development Manager in the food industry. Her career started as a Financial Analyst after which she transitioned to managing sales for major retail customers like Walmart Canada and Metro Grocery stores. 

While she enjoyed her career in corporate over the years the pace of life in Canada grew more hectic and Carol Ann realized it was time for her to make a change. With her partner Andrew she moved to Ecuador to find a new  adventure. Not ready to retire, they opened a Boutique Bed & Breakfast and now work closely with Ecuador Beachfront Property.
