ECUADOR BEACHFRONT CONDO PURCHASE TESTIMONIAL

We started looking into places for our retirement years ago.  The usual places came up in our search – Belize, Roatan, Panama, Costa Rica, etc.  But only within the last couple of years did we look into Ecuador as a possibility.  And the more we researched, the more we realized we needed to plan a reconnaissance mission to see for ourselves if the beaches of Ecuador would be right for us. 

So we booked a trip for July 2022.  We booked a stay at a condo in Manta for the week and then started looking at realtors in the area to show us some properties.  That’s how Ross found Andrew and Ecuador Beachfront Property.  We let Andrew know that we wanted a condo on the beach in a quiet area for our retirement. 

When we got into Manta, we hooked up with Andrew and Carol and they took us to quite a few different properties in the Bahia and Canoa areas.  Before we knew it,

we had put an offer in on the one that fit our needs and struck a deal! 

Andrew got us in touch with our lawyer, Jorge Zambrano, and from there the wheels were in motion!  We went back to our house in Florida, put it up for sale, sold off most of our belongings, booked a lift van for the rest, and got everything in order to make our big move.  And next thing you know, it’s November 2022 and we’re here!  The move has been made and we couldn’t be happier.  Andrew listened to us and found exactly what we were looking for.
