We are so grateful to Andrew and Carol. We recently stayed with them at Casa De Terrazas for our Vacation & Real Estate Tour and looked at various properties with Andrew. We had high hopes for the visit and every single one was exceeded. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the real estate market and had an intuitive sense of what would work best for us and the life we want to live in Ecuador. 

Andrew and Carol opened their incredible home and this beautiful country to us. We were able to see and take in so much about the area. They know the area and have a true love and appreciation for the country and their town. We could not have asked for better hosts. 

We found a home, friends, and left a big part of our hearts in San Clemente. We can't wait to return. Thank you Andrew and Carol!
