ECUADOR BEACHFRONT CONDO PURCHASE TESTIMONIAL

A fairly quick review of "Ecuador Beachfront Property".

For the last five years I have been researching the best AFFORDABLE places to retire.

I covered the usual suspects but kept coming back to Ecuador.

After much research, I came across the Ecuador Beachfront Property tour with  “Casa de Terrazas Bed and Breakfast.”  I was initially hesitant as I am not usually keen on tours or B&Bs. However, the wife liked the idea of making things easy for our first visit so we pulled the plug.  We spent nine days with Andrew and Carol.  The two most wonderful hosts on the planet.

Andrew and Carol loaded us up and showed us a beautiful HOUSE!  We fell in love and almost purchased it on the spot.

Again, they loaded us up and showed us two more homes.  We again, fell in love with both,

one completely out of our price range, lol. 

Due to some health issues, my wife and I decided to buy a condo. No maintenance etc.

We spent many days traveling with the Sweeny's and they laid out all the pros and cons of Ecuadorian life. 

A long story short.  ANYONE can sell you a condo/property in Ecuador.  Andrew and Carol will sell you Ecuador!  We ended up with two beautiful condos in Bahia. 

These two did not stop there! They helped us set up our bank accounts and set up an appointment with a lawyer to start the visa applications as well as introducing us to the entire country! 

Don't hesitate. Life is short.  Just do it.
